Dianabol the king of steroids can be cycled with a number of different steroids depending on your end goal. Most commonly Dianabol is used as part of a bulking cycle with the aim being to build as much muscle and strength as possible. Now there are a number of different ways these types of cycles can be done which will be listed below.

Dianabol only cycle:

Generally for first time users who are scared to inject themselves. There are many different opinions on this kind of cycle, a lot of people believe it is a waster and should never be done while others swear by it and recommend it for first time users. The main reason for people going against a Dianabol only cycle is a lot of the weight gained is water weight and therefor when the cycle is over a of the “gains” disappear, and while this is true there can be ways to help prevent this. By using an anti estrogen such as Nolvadex you minimize the water gains, and although you wont gain as much mass you will be able to keep more of it. This kind of cycle should last between 4 and 6 weeks, never longer as Dianabol is harsh on the liver and you don’t want to put your liver under prolonged strain.

Here is a basic example of a Dianabol only Cycle:

Weeks 1 to 6: Dianabol 40mg daily

Weeks 1 to 6: Nolvadex 20mg daily

3 days after your last Dianabol tablet you need to begin a PCT, now there are many different ways to do a PCT but for a simple cycle such as this one, generally a PCT of 50mg Clomid daily for 3 weeks is enough. Based on user experiences of such a cycle you can expect to gain between 5 and 20 lbs from such a cycle, how much you keep of this can vary hugely with many different factors involved such as how you train after the cycle, you diet and your genetics. Some people keep gains easier than others.


Dianabol and Testosterone cycle:

This is a very popular cycle amongst beginners and more advanced users, a cycle such as this gives great muscle and strength gains. Testosterone is the most potent mass and strength builder around, it’s what our bodies naturally produce to help us build muscle and strength and so it is common sense that more Testosterone leads to more muscle. Dosages in this type of cycle can vary quite a lot depending on factors such as the users experience and their current size. Bigger people will need bigger dosages whilst smaller people wont.

The example below is aimed and beginners or first time users of this cycle who don’t need large dosages.

Weeks 1 to 10: Testosterone Cypionate 500mg weekly

Weeks 1 to 6: Dianabol 40mg daily

Weeks 13 to 17: 50mg Clomid daily (it may be a good idea to use 100mg Clomid for the first 3 days of PCT, this is often recommended by experienced people)

There are many different Testosterone available, for this cycle Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate is recommended due to their longer half life, you can inject the Testosterone either once or twice a week, many people say twice a week is better as it gives more stable blood levels, however many people who only inject once a week say they have tried both ways and find no difference. Testosterone Cypionate can take 3 to 5 weeks to fully “kick in”, meaning you will only notice its benefits after 3 to 5 weeks and this is the reason for using Dianabol in the beginning so that the gains start quicker.

How will you know when the Testosterone kicks in?

Believe me you will know, your strength will shoot up at an unbelievable rate, you will be full of confidence, have a euphoria feeling all day and will feel like a king. This feeling you get from Testosterone is one of a kind and hard to describe but you will feel amazig.
