  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour or bread flour
  • 1 cup semolina flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. active dry yeast

Add the ingredients to the bread machine in the order specified by your machine’s manual. Choose the basic, white bread cycle with a light crust.
