Italian Bread Recipe for the Bread Machine
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour or bread flour
- 1 cup semolina flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. active dry yeast
Add the ingredients to the bread machine in the order specified by your machine’s manual. Choose the basic, white bread cycle with a light crust.
